The entrustee for the Kawasaki-NEDO Innovation Center (abbreviated as "K-NIC," hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") shall rigorously manage personal information entrusted to it to prevent incidents such as leakage, loss, or alteration. This is done in compliance with the "Kawasaki City Personal Information Protection Ordinance (Ordinance No. 26, June 29, 1985)" and the entrustee’s personal information protection policy, ensuring strict management of personal data. To ensure the proper handling of personal information, employees are educated and supervised. Additionally, for the Facility's proper management, actions such as suspension of use, deletion, or correction of stored personal may be taken as needed.. Personal information refers to data that can identify a specific individual, such as address, name, phone number, and email address.

Personal information will be collected only with the consent of the individual and through lawful and fair means, within the scope necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

Personal information provided will be used for the following purposes:

1. To facilitate the organization of seminars and other events.
2. To manage and operate the Facility, and to send announcements about event schedules.
3. To evaluate events based on the survey aggregation.
4. To respond to customer opinions and requests.
5. To serve as a reference during entrepreneurial consultations.
6. Photo, video and audio recording of the events maybe taken. These materials maybe used for promotional materials and reporting purposes.

Personal information will not be provided or disclosed to third parties without obtaining your prior consent or are required to do so by law. However, when you apply to participate in an event, personal information may be shared with individuals or organizations related to that event. In such cases, the specific partnering individual or organization receiving the information will be explicitly stated in the event registration process.

Personal information provided will be jointly used by the Facility's operating entities: Kawasaki City, New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), and Kawasaki Institute of Industrial Promotion, for the purposes outlined in Article 4.
